Shipping fee by delivery method

If you spend 6,000 yen or more (including tax), you will receive a 500 yen discount on shipping.
Please refer to the table below for shipping fees.

*If you wish to have your package held at our office, you will need to provide proof of your identity (driver's license, health insurance card, etc.) when you receive the package.

Yamato Transport Nationwide flat rate of 800 yen
(Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands are an additional 700 yen)
You can specify the delivery date and time, and have the parcel held at a branch office. (Cash on delivery is not available)
If you register with Kuroneko Members, you can also pick up your parcel at convenience stores, etc.

Packaging Method

We take great care in packaging the product so that the contents cannot be seen at all.

Delivery time

If the item you ordered is in stock, we will deliver it the next day at the earliest.
For items that are on backorder (only for customers who have requested an order), we will contact you as soon as they arrive.

Delivery date specification

We can ship your order as per your request only if the item you ordered is in stock.

Specifying or changing the delivery date and time

If you would like to change the delivery date, please contact us via inquiry or phone.

* Please be sure to tell us your "order number" and "name" listed in the order confirmation email .
*Items that have already been shipped cannot be changed. Please contact the respective shipping company directly.

Separate orders (with different order IDs) will be delivered together

We pack and ship separately for each order ID.
If you would like to ship multiple items together, please contact us via "Inquiries" .

Product storage period after shipment

Please note that if your package is delivered by Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport and you are not at home to receive it within one week, it will be returned to us.

*Please note that shipping costs for returns will be borne by the customer.

Shipping of large items

Large items will be shipped in special boxes. The items will not be visible. The item name will be "household goods."

Check delivery status (package tracking)

You can check the delivery status after it has been shipped.
You can track it using the parcel number listed in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping to addresses other than your home

We can deliver to a Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport office or to your desired address.

*Please note that if you choose cash on delivery as the payment method when delivering to a location other than your home as a gift, the recipient will have to pay.
*Identification is required when receiving a package at a branch office. We cannot accept packages with a different name than the name of the delivery address. *We can ship
to a hotel, but please contact the hotel where you plan to stay to find out if the package can be held at the hotel.

Overseas Shipping

Please note that we are currently preparing to ship overseas.

Regarding receipts

You can print it from your My Page. Select "Receipt/Purchase Details" from "Order Details"
in your order history and print it out.
